The Portland Golf Club, an 18 hole public facility, is located on the south edge of Portland, Indiana just off Highway 27.  We are approximately 35 miles north of Richmond, 35 miles northeast of Muncie and 60 miles south of Ft. Wayne.

     We offer full year memberships and also welcome daily fee play.  You can call anytime to schedule a tee time at 260-726-4646.  
Along with the 18 holes, the Portland Golf Club has a driving range, putting green, chipping and pitching green.   We have four tee stations on each hole, so you can play the course from a length that is suitable for you.   Our fleet of 46 carts, with tops, helps make your round of golf more enjoyable.  We are a soft spike facility, as most courses are today.  The old style clubhouse has a well stocked pro shop and full service snack bar in the downstairs area.  
Throughout the season, there are men's and ladies' leagues and tournaments.  Learn more about these on other pages on this site.  A Jr. Program is offered during the summer.  Outings can be scheduled from April through October. 

     No personal coolers are allowed, as the Portland Golf Club offers beer and soft drinks.
